A Monarch Butterfly leaves north.
A Monarch Butterfly has fled north!
Here we have a very annoying hardquest mob. It will flee. A lot. Especially
once below half, and then more and more it seems. What's worse is there are
tons here and they are assist_race, so anytime more are in the room you will
lose your target and be stuck with his friends. So YOU have to flee after
your fleeing target. This quickly removes the convenience of summons/pets
who help you take them down and make fleeing tougher for them too.
Anyways, not really griping about that, as it's an interesting quest honestly.
Especially now that they aren't bugged with perma_sanc *cough*
However! Here I tried something new. E-drain that bastid to 0 moves. It
took quite a while and I had to sleep him (making spells even easier to land).
I drained him fully 3 times and he still managed to flee after each of those
times.
Now it only takes 1 movement point to flee, and a tick passing by will
give the mob back a lot more than that. Here though I definitely dropped
him to zero without a tick and the freak gets away anyhow. Please fix.
