You try to figure out what Mace of Charisma is.

You say 'It weighs 10, and its level of power is 98.'

You say 'It does mania damage of 19d7 (average 76).'
You say 'Weapons flags: vampiric'
You say 'Affects charisma by 18.'
You say 'Affects hp by 120.'
You say 'Affects hit roll by 11.'
You say 'Affects damage roll by 11.'

Is one of the chances of "random" to give you nothing additional?
Now I received a reply, but obviously people didn't bother actually reading.
The first diagnosis is lore, so it shows whatever standard stats are on the
item, beyond what is "random."
The second diagnosis is the results of casting identify, which shows in this
particular instance that there is NOTHING additional on the item, i.e. the
RANDOM stats haven't been made to the item.
So my question is, is one of the chances of "random" be that it gives nothing
additional to the base standard stats.
