| I would say thieves get those skills at those levels because they are, in fact, thieves. A thief is usually trained to avoid the "stand and fight" scenario. Instead of second attack at a lower level you get mug at 15 which typically out damages other low level added attacks such as kick, chop, bite. Thieves get dual dagger only 7 levels later than ninja. Ninjas are much more likely to be trained in combat but not necessarily with daggers as their primary weapon. This point goes to explain the difference in level versus percentage. |
