Circle Mastery |

Accuracy for Circle is kinda bleh imo. The way I picture circle is kinda like
a distinctive 180 turn or maybe further extending than that to get in a
powerful stab with each hand. What if against more targets, you have a chance
to continue pivoting/spinning to land circle attacks on each enemy in the room
you are fighting (not every possible enemy). Perhaps even a rare chance for
a third hit against solo targets. Maybe on a factor of their speed, (agi,
dodge, armor class) and/or something like if they're down from a trip/bash,
blinded or feared. Under some kind of extra duress (notably things thieve
types could inflict).
