Lore, Estimate, and Scribe |

Lore is all about showing how much you know about a piece of equipment, right
down to the finest details. Why not be able to recall such knowledge without
having the item right in front of you if you've heard and learned so much about
it. Perhaps this could in be in effect for items you've already lored (and
maybe a good deal more than once).
An additional idea incorporating knowledge learned from Lore and Estimate is
to apply things learned about gear and mobs to something a little simpler to
recall from--a book. With the Scribe skill, someone will write what they know,
or what their friend can tell them about a certain object or monster they are
researching (right in front of them). With enough skill on both the scribe
and the informants part, a document can be made and kept to be referenced
later.
Books could be introduced as something the Scribe must construct, something
shops
may offer, or even something mobs/quests will reward...coming in various sizes
and quality (which can control weight, accuracy, flammability, etc).
