Taunt/Target Switching |

While messing around on the test port (juggernaut/heavy armor synergy), I
noticed that being a heavy armor "tank" means absolutely nothing (especially in
a party) when the mob/person can simply switch away from you.
I think introducing either a passive mechanic that reduces your targets chance
to switch away (think something along the lines of 'entrapment' for Gholam), or
even a usable 'taunt' skill would make this style of playing much more viable.
Curious to hear more discussion.
