Subject Q/A White Board
This idea is for a White Board/Chalk Board that physically exists somewhere in Bastion. Close to or in PS itself would be nice. It is its own separate "note board", but really just a sign post...that everyone can publicly view, and edit/write on! This will be used for those questions you ask in public that never go answered/solved, that aren't a question about mechanics in the game, and are usually somewhat difficult to find out but this will be very gt {*Quest Time, Baby!! convenient for more common questions newbies have as well. Particularly when not many people are on, no one knows the answer (or a meaty one), or just a newbie who doesn't want to fire question after question into the masses. Can feel awkward and feel like you're annoying/spamming for some. So how it works (in my head, and hopefully via code) is that anyone can write on the board after entering an editor. Questions will be posted in a numerical order for referencing, and at any time, people can look at the board and write a response/answer to the question. Or perhaps just provide some info they think might be useful towards answering/solving one. These questions can range from simple questions about a skill/spell, to how do run weapon X or area Z? If someone provides an answer, they can submit it as such rather than just "extra notes" to help with answering it, and at that time the original "poster"/author of the question will receive a note sent to him/her on the Personal board immediately. Furthermore, anyone other than the author who was interested in the question/answer can subscribe to the question (via its reference number) and receive the same answer note to their personal board too. The question and subscription from said question will only be removed from the board/taken off the mailing list once the author goes ahead and finalizes that they have received a satisfactory answer to it, and people may also unsubscribe from one at any time say if they were satisfied with the initial answer or became disinterested. People can offer rewards or return services if the knowledge they seek in their question is valuable enough to them, like a full guide to an area, but the general idea is to help provide information to any/all who are seeking.
