| New skill for Thieves, when moving through cities they'll move exceedingly fast from room to room. Think how haste slightly improves your walking speed but much, much faster. Possibly allowing for you to "Fly up" and around areas that require the Fly spell otherwise (chance to fall), and to top it off a much greater chance at fleeing from enemies while in the city.
