| Not sure if this has something to do with my wands skill or something else but Object 'bands of power' is type wand, extra flags burnproof. Weight is 12, level is 90. Has 20 charges of level 100 'giant strength'. You zap your Bands of Power. Your muscles surge with heightened power! Spell: giant strength : modifies strength by 19 for 92 hours (Lvl 92) Doesn't seem like a lvl 100 giant str. |
