| So there's two numbers and they're kind of confusing. There's the practiced percentage of a skill, which is what you got to 100, and then there's the effect percentage of the skill, which for mages is capped at 90 for charm person. However, if you want to get to 90% in charm person you very much likely have to have a practiced skill of 100% because the formula for figuring out what your effective skill is has to do with your practice skill modified by the stats that are used for that skill, in this case charisma, intelligence and luck (in that order of importance). |
