So if we're up for adding new god blesses I have a couple ideas that contain a
number of unoffered mechanics. Instead of a mana regen gb to match god heal,
we could do one that decreases the cost of spells, increases profciency and/or
a flat increase to success chance (less loss of concentration). Maybe outright
ignoring loss of concentration from the user's end (proficiency under 100%,
meta magic usage), but things like bash/dazzle/encumberance/badly bleeding
would still mess up the caster.
Instead of a +movement regen there could be a god bless that halves or maybe
just quarters all movement costs, and reduces the cooldown of any/all skills
but not spells. Perhaps this should be a short duration proc effect, like how
Shan Ya works, briefly buffing you with said perks.
A third idea which might want to be used in lieu of cost reduction is to
stagger resource expenditure. So say you blow through 2-5k mana and/or moves
really quickly, you retain most of those resources and they're depleted at a
much slower rate over the fight. These are usually most fun with a rewarding
aspect like if you finish the fight soon enough, you are left with whatever
your current mana and moves are rather than than the full amount you spent.
