| Let's let Mercy gurantee every spell he casts, and scale cost up with the level of the spell he has debuff? Perhaps with a chance of discount based on Cha/Luc. Not sure if older cursed items somehow have a higher level curse or if that's default? If it's too high based on the item cost, maybe Mercy can appraise/see the item lvl and the charge will be no more than 1/3 item value? |
