| From the helpfile: "A giant-sized character with 100% wrist shield will suffer no penalty, while a pixie with 1% skill will have a 50% penalty to both. " This isn't currently working or may never have worked. A titan warrior (giant) with maxed wrist shield is at the same Offhand attacks (62%) as any other smaller sized race, and shield block rates are taking a hit just the same when for giants it should barely register a penalty. Confirmed on test port and then here. |
