Add a mob somewhere easy to get to. Maybe Bastion, or somewhere kinda trippy, but ultimately a quick find and trip for a group to head over to. A big group. The bigger the better. This mob will be a doozy. You can't really kill it, but it can kill you. What you can do is impress it. Cause it enough pain and/or survive it long enough for you and your party to receive large rewards of just one thing: gold. The amount your group is rewarded with will be based on performance, and every week or so you can receive a bonus for smashing the current best record. At least three people have to go, and the mob will scale with number of players (and/or level of players?? :D) thrown at it. Tough as hell, mean as hell, plays by Hell's rules--aka not yours. Might be able to customize how long you want to challenge it for. A minute, two, 5, 10. 20-30?! For some seriously epicly long sieges. This will be a very profitable run if done, and especially if done well. He can pay less and less if he begins to learn us humans aren't improving either though in our tactics and strength. Reduce payouts until he reaches a base floor reward, and then will start again increasing towards a ceiling after subsequent success runs. Throw this mob's results on lboards and/or allow it to display fighting historys when you get there. Aside from lots of money, and obvious bragging rights-- we can use it to hold monthly events, or at Imm's discretion(s), for equipping this bamf with special gear or high qp rewards in gold's stead.
