Mercy Heals/Spells with Variable Pricing |

What if we made it so that we could pay what we want to Mercy, and this
would affect how powerful or efficient his spells are? You could still
type heal cancel or spellup sanc for example and get the same result
and pricing as currently. Or, you can pay less, or pay more (heal
curse 2000) to have a quick chance of bribing/motivating The Healer
to get his job done in one shot, or give you a chance of receiving
a much stronger heal. Paying less would give you a weaker spell if you
can only spare a few coins, and want to take the chance of the puny
cast getting its job done. This can be affected by actual luck and the
Charisma stat, giving it imo a good bit more love than it should have.
Could maybe even have Mercy remember how much you've paid in the past
for things, and help you out or hate on you more based on you over-tipping
or under-tipping for a certain service, hooking you up big the next time,
semi-randomly.
Also, maybe he'd be so generous as to chain cast on your whole party
because he likes you so much. Or get your order in faster (quick cast) ;)
