| I think if you can get a skill/spell up to 100% affectivity you should be rewarded a free rank of mastery into that ability. It's a pretty big feat for most any skill or spell right now to get it to 100, and it doesn't really make too big of a difference from 99 or 98 even. Also, I think if you have 100% skill cap on an ability, fine stats, and pick a race that might have that same skill we should bring it back that it helps push you into 100% or maybe 101% again if you have 100% naturally, max in all the stats, and that skill at least +50% from racial skills to achieve 101%+. This doesn't have to better than 100%, but it could offer you a free GM in the ability. |
