Renewal Bug (re-bumping) |

The spell level/power only goes up on paper. Here are a few spells using chain
meta to show a lower level set of buffs:
Spell : armor : modifies armor class by -118 for 58 hours (Lvl 98)
Spell : giant strength : modifies strength by 31 for 62 hours (Lvl 106)
Spell : haste : modifies agility by 22 for 30 hours (Lvl 104)
Spell : overcharge : modifies none by 0 for 0 hours (Lvl 97)
Spell : protection magic: modifies saves by -5 for 28 hours (Lvl 98)
Spell : sanctuary : modifies none by 0 for 14 hours (Lvl 104)
Spell : shield : modifies armor class by -20 for 28 hours (Lvl 98)
Spell : stone skin : modifies armor class by -40 for 58 hours (Lvl 98)
Now here's me buffing them with renewal, armor notably to its max and showing
no change:
Spell : armor : modifies armor class by -118 for 90 hours (Lvl 118)
Spell : giant strength : modifies strength by 31 for 92 hours (Lvl 117)
Spell : haste : modifies agility by 22 for 53 hours (Lvl 111)
Spell : overcharge : modifies none by 0 for 1 hours (Lvl 97)
Spell : protection magic: modifies saves by -5 for 55 hours (Lvl 115)
Spell : sanctuary : modifies none by 0 for 29 hours (Lvl 109)
Spell : shield : modifies armor class by -20 for 51 hours (Lvl 113)

Here's Empowered cast, same buffs, showing the differences even a few real
levels make over the chained spells and what the progression is supposed to
look like:
Spell : armor : modifies armor class by -130 for 65 hours (Lvl 110)
Spell : giant strength : modifies strength by 34 for 69 hours (Lvl 118)
Spell : haste : modifies agility by 24 for 34 hours (Lvl 117)
Spell : overcharge : modifies none by 0 for 1 hours (Lvl 97)
Spell : protection magic: modifies saves by -5 for 32 hours (Lvl 110)
Spell : sanctuary : modifies none by 0 for 17 hours (Lvl 117)

None of the values are moving up when they could be via renewal. Just the
ticks which don't go up nearly as high or easily anymore.
At least the second or third time I'm posting this. First may have been
waay back, but regardless it's not working as intended to with the rework.
Pretty annoying when it was nerfed on its originally intended utility two times
and the redirection for more powerful spells isn't working.
