| While on paper, empowers seem better, the benefits of reducing the heavy lag in half will get you a lot more progress on items over time versus the small difference in a few more levels. Though in my head I usually try to bring out empowered cast for when I'm getting close to the max amount of enchants possible. That max is already past the average point where you're risking fade more and more. Guess the only reason I'm saying this is that I would love to see more specific bonuses and perks for mastering spells other than just the default casting cost reduction (which definitely helps for this spell a lot) and spell power (which sadly, doesn't help some spells at all). -Lag would be a very alluring stat to add on to these bonusii, but probably too powerful for some. |
