Re-Sterling, and on the idea that clan shops should be 10%, we could do that
too. Makes sense if they have to hire workers to fill those late hours, but
this isn't any more interesting. Simulates the shop experience a bit, but
eh...how about:
You wanna shop at late hours? When all the whackos and nutjobs are out and
about? Then you risk getting mugged or roughed up by some random local
hooligan that may be in the area. Let's say a little lower than the
level of shop your at has a low chance to spawn an aggressor before you
head into the shop :) Could also make them spawn and start talking to
talking* smack, where they may then have a chance to just peacefully
slip their hands into your wallet rather than aggroing. This of course
may trigger aggro, but either way you'll have incentive to want to take
down this punk before/after shopping.
