| With the revelation that the Black Wind eq can cost an effective 63 OPs (or higher), and does in the case tried today, and the consideration of removing trans from it's attributes to mediate unexpected surcharges... There comes a willingness to change the trans attributes of eq instead of adjusting their costs. In this case, the idea presented is to make some decent level 90 trans eq Given MK eq is slightly better than Gold (and gold possibly more popular for remorts), there is the Olympia eq that is almost never used. Can we tweak the Olympia eq to be trans? If we're to consider this, please also consider that it is not optimal for a char to use trans eq of a certain level if that char is two or three levels above the level of the eq and that level trans eq exists. Practically, there is a hidden cap on the trans bonuses noticed when wearing trans eq several levels lower than char level. This must be considered. Since, if Olympia trans is to exist, it wouldn't be used except for the level 90 to maybe 93 range. Great for newcomers who opt for 500 qp tats (imagining that we'll ever have a large p-base, hoping... getting ready for it... ) anyway, Can we? |
