| Bambam seems to be disagreeing with you though... Regardless, Puncture does not have a message for when it wears off, and iirc correctly it only lasts 2-3 ticks. A message reading: Your target's armor is no longer punctured and pops back into place! would also be terribly silly. This would be more in line with something like Choke Hold or Slash Throat, where upon success you see a message that the effect has been initiated, but in this case it obviously can be applied more times and renewed. If you see the effect message again, it will only inform the player that they waited too long to puncture again, and help get them a better idea on how to space them out. It does nothing in the way of helping you automate your attacks with triggers at all. Faerie Fog I suppose is fine in the sense that it will show the spell wearing off. There may not be more examples similar to puncture like I thought, but I'm not thinking about it too much. |
