Just to add on to the last note ideas. Instead of chests (that can be also
fought), add chests and prestigious nomads. Or something. A type of mob
that appears in an area, he can move around possibly, sit in one hiding spot
of his (coder's tricky) choosing, or move from area to after a while/number of
engages. This will get more use out of the Steal command, which I think should
get much more love in the game. You'll also inevitably end up failing some
of those pick pockets for fights, or after a few steals the nomad can wise up
and make his way off into the distance (relocate or have to repop).
The bounties can disappear after they've been up for too, too long. This
or a cap to the gold, but I think an undying cap makes it more interesting.
So long as the numbers are defined carefully, this should be fun, and not
