Donation Pits |

I think the donation pits have always been pretty lame when they could have
a much cooler potential. We should be able to Donate <item> Public and
Donate <item> Clan. Heck, maybe even a Donate <item> <Player> command.
No items should rot from donation pits unless the clutter is literally
breaking the MUD. One man's room full of trash can be another person's
endless supply of treasures. Items should definitely not ever rot if
they have been picked back up (not sure if this is still the case). I'd
also think it would be nice if donated items weren't automatically
worthless at vendors and unwanted. Perhaps give them a timer or
a significantly reduced price, maybe even a fixed capped value. I'll
admit this concept is a bit more problematic. Donations shouldn't
be possibly money schemes. Should be about gift giving and hand-me-downs.
Maybe expand up the Donation Pit from PS to be a bit more organized.
open northeast room can be for weapons, one for armor, and another for
consumable
I really don't think the clutter will ever become too big of an issue with how
often we tend to copyover or get a crash (which are pretty rare now).
Especially with our modest playerbase.
