I'm not across the actual numbers, I think we have something along the lines
of:
Normal < PS/Mercy =< Player home regen < Apoc Inn.
While personally I think player home regen should be at least equal to apoc
inn, I'll admit personal bias there, since I already have/paid for a personal
home with regen.
On one hand, the only effect of increasing PS/Mercy regen is that downtime to
heal/regen mana is shorter, which to me seems to be a good thing.
On the other hand, we don't really want to invalidate the existence of skills
like meditation and fast healing. Mastery of those skills for example, seems to
be rarely worth it to me.
Maybe consider changing one of Qs clanports to apoc inn? (The siva one is
probably less useful) That may solve your regen worries.
Probably easier then convincing an imm to buff ps/mercy regen.
I would love for player home regen to be higher though!
