| A level 10 minimum level for clan recruiting doesn't make sense anymore. Before invite it did, because a level 1 char could just join any clan (and also with no elders it was unlikely they'd be booted. But now that every clan requires an invite there's no reason to make chars wait to recruit a clan. |
