resets on leveling mobs |

The resets on mobs seemed to be geared to at most r5. With the advent of
higher remorts, such as, well, r9, they are inadequate. Mutants
for example spawn 1 to a room every reset until they hit their
max for the area. Instead of changing areas every 5 minutes(as we are
currently doing), max mobs need to reset per area every reset, or,
barring that, there needs to be more portal to areas that have leveling mobs,
or, without that, there just needs to be more areas. Because running out
of mobs in a group with 2 clerics and a glad is quite inconvenient.
