| Currently only every 15th point of charisma and 6th point of luck helps you when questing. You should get fractional percentage chances to up the qps the way leveling works with practices. This way every piece of +cha and +luc gear helps and you don't have to consider whether or not you're at the next threshold when optimizing. |
