| One of the main benefits of sniping as a tactic is that the target is often unaware of where the shot is coming from. Perhaps, with a hidden sniper, there could be a chance of not initiating combat or even breaking hide, allowing subsequent snipes, causing the victim to a) flee, b) spot the sniper and engage, or c) take cover and avoid further sniping attempts? |
