| Subject | unique skill for quickling |
| Seems to me quickling is the only race in r10 not having a 'special' skill unique (like the r9 races). As an example, maybe do something with "blur"? Quickling sometimes moves so fast that in essence you see more quicklings than there actually are. Functions a bit like mirror image and shan-ya (or gaze). When used actively, you "blur" for one round. Area attacks do normal damage, but one on one's have a chance to miss? Really like special features, so would be great to have one for all r10 races. Makes it tempting to play with (or remort repeat ..). Other option mentioned was having something goblin cleaver like, but that's obviously not that unique :) another option would be staying invis during combat, effectively fighting as if the enemy was blind and preventing it from targeting you (for special skills / spells)? |
