| You're correct, the -30 levels only applies to class skills, not the ones gained from demolitionist subclass. That's intentional, not a bug - description space is limited. Think of it at getting it at lvl 70 - 30 = 40, with lvl 70 being higher than you'd gain it via class (which tends to be the norm for A2+ skills). |
