Subject permanent spells
Hi all, You are now able to make spells permanent (i.e. infinite duration). See help permcast for details. Permanent spells can still be dispelled, but have 50% dispel resistence (same as for permanent buffs on mobs). Also, temporary penalties to hp/mana/move such as from permcast or cursed wound are now separated from max hp/mana/move. In particular that means that A) opponents won't show up as excellent after a mummy just gave them a good beating, and B) those penalties won't affect the hp/mana/move training caps any more.
