2197. 2015/05/22 Bobble Unified mechanics for most physical attacks to use
combat maneuver checks.
2198. 2015/05/22 Bobble Saving throws reduce damage from regular attacks
deterministically instead of chance for half
damage. Saves vs magic are used for purely magical
damtypes.
Additionally, you will notice some tweaks to several physical attack. Many of
these dealt "hidden" (i.e. no damage message) damage to initiate combat.
Instead they either deal no damage now (but still initiate combat), or deal
non-trivial amounts of visible damage - e.g. gouge will always deal damage on a
hit, with a chance to perma-blind.
