| Enchant: you can add a maximum of +10 OPs worth over normal spec. Well, to be precise, there is a teeny-tiny (1%) chance to go above that limit, but it's far more likely to destroy or disenchant the item. Continual light: Agreed that it's something arcane that illus should have but not monks. |
