| To clarify: 1. I was wrong about the mechanic. 2. You can use all meta-magics for a spell, if you have it grand-mastered. 3. If you cannot grand-master the spell, you cannot use meta-magics. 4. We will look into updating helpfiles to make this information easier to find. |
