Subject quest point reward function explanation
I thought you guys might like some more information on how the quest point change works exactly. Previously, the minimum QP you could receive for a quest was determined by your CHA, and the maximum, by LUC. Every 15 points of CHA that you had would result in +1 to the minimum value, and every 6 points of LUC would give +1 to the max. This mean that if you were sitting at 150 CHA, it was just as effective as having 164 CHA. Kind of silly, right? If you didn't know these invisible breakpoints, you were probably wasting a lot of gear slots on items that did absolutely nothing. With the new change, you now get a "fractional" chance to actually hit the next breakpoint. For example, if you have 164 CHA, you now have a 14/15 chance of hitting the next breakpoint, or a 93% chance. Every extra point of CHA and LUC will now count toward possibly increasing the min/max QP you receive.
