| I'm confident (but not certain) that the chances of sharp shooting proc'ing are 12.5% with a 100% skill. The result is double damage gets dealt. It only works on normal ranged attacks, not burst/semi/full-auto. Interestingly enough, I'm not sure that strafe is excluded. Would like for Bobble to confirm. With MA/GM the chances are 16.25% and 18.75% respectively. |
