| After a soft launch over the past few days I'm happy to announce the launch of a new "Global Mobquest" system. Every 2 hours a new boss will spawn somewhere around the world, announced to players with a global echo. If the mob is killed, you're awarded a Global Quest Token which can be spent at The Lodge in exchange for Level 99 EQ. If the mob is still around after 2 hours, the echo will be sent again as opposed to a new mob being loaded. Thanks to Vodur for Lua / code help on this project, and Aethyn for adding a modified version of Shinosuke's token purchase code to The Lodge. Note that the armor you buy at The Lodge can be refunded within 1 hour of being purchased. The sign at The Lodge has more details. |
