| The tattoo refund rate is 90% normally, so a small fee to remove and exchange them. During our pre-remort-event-weekend the refund rate was increased to 100%, and we may do that on other future events/occassions. I don't see us changing the standard refund to rate to 100% as it allows for abuse in some ways. |
