Tonight's dinner:
Honey Sriracha glazed chicken thighs, avocado, and mushrooms
1. Make honey sriracha marinade. Can find recipes online, I just used some
sriracha, honey, granulated garlic, pepper, fresh ginger, brown sugar, pepper,
cumin, olive oil, water, and flour.
2. Marinate chicken thighs for at least 30 minute
3. While chicken is marinating, remove stems from mushrooms and wash them
4. Chop up some fresh garlic and/or shallots to cook with the mushrooms
5. Chop mushrooms into thick slices
6. Cut avocado into edible size pieces
7. Cook chicken on medium low heat in non-stick pan, turning every few minutes
8. Cook mushrooms in separate pan. First add butter, then garlic/shallots,
let cook for a few minutes, then add mushrooms.
9. Finish cooking chicken (30-ish minutes)
10. Serve.
