| Assassination mastery means +60% chance to assassinate, or +100% chance to assassinate. It does not mean 60% and 100% assassination rate. The more injured the mob is, the greater the bonus granted by MA/GM is. So if you have assassination GM and your target is almost dead, your chances of assassinating them are effectively doubled. |
