| JROTC high level mobs (cadets, armed drill sergeant, etc.) have had their levels reduced from 32 to 24 to put them more in line with other equipment bearing mobs. This will result in less EXP than you might be used to, but also more winnable fights for new players trying to gather a set of level 15 equipment. Fun fact: JROTC has claimed nearly 300 players' lives in the past year. |
