I like the breakdown you've provided. It would be nice for us to do this
for all classes and analyze the skills.
One thing you're missing about DIS is that it also provides a variable bonus
like con/wis/agi, however it applies to all 3. By building a gladiator with
the DIS stat in mind you're looking at more HP and MV which is critical to
a gladiator's survival. Although Vitality isn't used on many of their skills,
vitality reduces chance of stun, drink/food consumption, move consumption,
and quite a bit more. Some of the Gladiator's unique skills like Fatal Blow
also use Vitality as a prime stat which is important for them, albeit not
so much so for leveling.
The Monk skills rely on DIS (their prime stat) a bit more than other classes
due because most of their skills are relatively unique to the class.
I personally don't agree with static gains from Con/Agi/Wis, but I would
support making a change from DIS being the stat used to calculate practices
gained, to relying more on the Prime/Secondary stats of each class (i.e
Vit, Str, and Agi for gladiators.
