Kirat,
First, I don't think that any of the imms feel players do nothing but complain.
Second, we appreciate all of the ideas that get posted, even if they do get
shot down, criticized, or further discussed.
Maedhros' note specifically said that there was nothing wrong with the spell
and it was only the name that should be changed.
You make a valid point that many other skills/spells/areas borrow ideas from
other games, and I understand that the Laying on of hands wasn't pulled from
WoW. I personally thought of the D2 item "Laying of Hands" when I saw your
note.
I had no idea it was a religious ceremony.
I'm not going to post a full rebuttal to your note, all I'm saying is that your
ideas are appreciated. Writing a lengthy note bashing imms isn't really the
best
way to handle the situation. Sketch posted a great history about the ceremony
and I think that cleared most of the confusion up.
