Subject Some updates/changes
Hey everyone, so we just put in some new code this evening and below is a brief summary of what the changes were. Most of these will not have any major effect on you. They're mostly bug fixes and cosmetic updates. We will be working on some more mortal-based changes. - Removed extra '.' from a hogtie message. - Added extra line break to estimate failure message. - Typo in do_estimate ("unpredicatable") - Arrow description is also updated when enchanted. - Added extra line break before item count in storage boxes. - Quest buy exp gives all real exp instead of applied & field - Only 1 space after punctuation in format_string. (builders) - You can 'quest buy color list' without qp now. - 'playback clear' 'playback imm clear' and 'playback savant clear'. - You can put containers ONLY in storage boxes (count is accurate). - TO_ROOM fail messages for brew and preserve. - Tell color was still cleared for buffered stuff for replay. - Typoing scroll target won't use up the scroll. - Timestamp in cheatlog - Drunken fury without being drunk is hero level only, not just 90+ - Heal now has messages for success and when target is fully healed - Memleak tracker (wiznet memcheck). - Fixed A memory leak in playback (free_buf). - Fixed playback clear (free_string doesn't mean NULL). - Added NPC check for logchan, otherwise crash from NPC comms. - Desert rose and Wind Whisper now same rarity as Faerie Wing and Dragon's Bane - Alchemy fail messages added. - REAL_NUM_STRINGS in 'memory' command which is just the # of str_dup's - free_strings. - Success and full refresh messages for refresh. - "M" and "O" shows in 'vnum' command (Astark) - Restore now has success and fully healed messages for target Also, for the time being please note that almost all commands to the MUD are being logged, including tells. We are working on tracking down some memory leaks that crash the MUD if we don't copyover / reboot every couple of days. We will let you know as soon as this is taken off.
