| My logs / testing show the opposite of your statement to be true. With Chill Touch : erad, insane, disintegrate, sickening, annihilate, miss, eradicate, disintegrate, sickening, sickening, miss, eradicate, oblierate, annhiilate, disintegrate With burning hands: miss, massacre, miss, disembowel, oblierate, vaporize, massacre, oblierate, oblierate, dismember, disintegrate, disintegrate, vaporize, oblierate, oblierate, massacres, dismembers Chill touch missed the same amount as burning hands, and it did substantially more damage than burning hands. Both skills were 76% prac, 73% effective. The mob had no vulns or resists. So far you've gone on and on about how it's broke, but I haven't seen any documentation, the code checks out fine, and no other players have complained about this in over 12 years. Not sure what to say. |
