| Hey everyone, recently a player contacted me about donating toward hosting costs for the MUD which are basically nothing ($6/month). I told him that the hosting was covered but that the money could go toward advertising. We now have $50 in the Aarchon-advertising-fund which is basically just my personal paypal account. If you're interested in donating toward additional advertising please send me a note on the personal board, or a tell if I'm around. I will post a note when I have paid for advertising so you can all see that the money is going back to the MUD, and not to my pocket. Please understand that I'm not asking or expecting any of you to donate, I am just giving you the option since I have been approached about it on a few occassions now. If you do decide to donate there will be absolutely no rewards or preferential treatment given to you simply because you're a donor. If you don't donate, there will not be any negative treatment toward you. This is a 100% voluntary option. |
