| Tattoos get better the higher your lvl. But because of this, the equipment above the tattoo looks the same across all levels. The tattoo itself absorbs all additional ops. To make a difference in say 94 and 99 trans eq, it got changed so that the bonus from the tattoo is only as high as the lvl of the eq above it. 94 eq adds 40%, 99 trans eq adds 90% to the effect of the underlying tattoo. In practice a good solution, in theory however or when simply loring to compare eq, they all still look the same statwise. Would be nice if trans equip would have a simple line in lore like You say 'Adds 40% to the affect of a tattoo.' Then at least the 99 piece also looks more powerfull when comparing with lore/identify. |
