confusing mastery |
|
I read the help file over and over and ended up
wasting about 1000 qp on buying pracs for trains
to retrain masteries thinking I would get 90%
of trains back, but never did. Because somehow
you use retrain to untrain and not to actually
retrain the mastery?! That seems very confusing
to me.
To get rid of a mastery I of course used the
logical master forget skillname. Also under the
assumption I would automatically recover trains
if I remastered a skill I had previously mastered.
But time and again, I had to revisit El Cid to
buy more pracs.. :(
It would make A LOT more sense if
- master forget skillname got rid of a mastery
- retrain list gave a list of all previously
gained masteries
- master retrain skillname got you a mastery
from that list again while recovering trains.
Retraining to me means training a skill again,
as in getting a mastery again that you once had
in the past..
