As some others have pointed out, there isn't enough incentive
to go pkill at the moment. If you want to do it right, you
have to make sure sanc is on all the time when questing,
detects, check for other pkillers all the time, etc. It makes
every-day mudding harder.
In return, all you get at the moment is a statistic that
will go up by one if you get a kill. No qp, no gold to gain.
No equipment to loot.
If there's close to nothing to gain, it's not worth the trouble.
Another thing is flee. Fleeing is way to easy. With a healer is't
close to impossible to kill someone, even if you can jump them
unsanced, unexpected. If they're not AFK, they'll pop a pill and/
or flee long before you kill them.
Getting some kind of penalty when fleeing from pkill or simply
making it a lot harder to flee in PvP fights would be nice.

are my main concerns with pkill as it is.
(and of course class balance needs some work)
