| Syntax:
rank <player> promote - raises player's rank by one level*
rank <player> demote - lowers player's rank by one level*
(rank levels are shown in CLANREPORT, use is described below.)
rank <player> boot - removes the player from the clan
rank <player> <new rank> - changes player's rank directly to new rank
Clan Patrons, Gods, and favored mortal clan elders may use this command to
promote or demote a fellow clan member one or more ranks within the clan.
The subject of the command must already be a recruit or higher (see
HELP RECRUIT).
Players may only be raised in rank if they have attained the appropriate
level, and there are positions available of that specific rank (ranks of any
importance are typically limited in number).
